2. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends from your account settings. Charges incurred at the end of a trial are generally non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions and Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods after renewal.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase or accidental multiple charges.
  • Technical issues preventing access or use, when reported promptly and unresolved.
  • Unauthorized purchase proven with sufficient evidence.

We generally do not issue refunds for change of mind or unused time on active subscriptions.

6. Chargebacks
